Just moved to Northampton, so can compare with previous town. That was organised, efficient and helpful. This one is even bigger and more complex, but just as well designed and enabling. A good experience. My only complaint - the environment around the centre (which includes restaurants) could be better tended.

I find the staff very helpfull and polite, i have witnessed staff being verbally abused for doing there job the council set the policy not the site staff, as for it being a wast of taxpayers money ummm you get to go and get rid of all the rubbish YOU have collected FREE at point of service, YOU choose to join the que if there is 1, and if you need help ASK its simple, and the bins are over full yep sometimes they are it gets busy at times BUT wait you go in with a car full of rubbish and you leave with an empty car does it matter if you have to put it on the floor REALLY, try having a little patience and some manners when you visit and you may even at busy times have a more pleasant experience

I've used a few of these places over the years and they are the best. Fair buyback prices and if you go over your time they allow you to buy back still without extortionate charges. Very pleased

Best second hand shop in the town, miles better than crack converters. Has some really decent prices too, they're not trying to flog blu rays at the same price as HMV like some second hand shops. Great for musical instruments and accessories, games, retro gear and blu rays.
